MYBody: Physical Wellness Support
MYBody provides a unique trauma-informed approach to taking ownership of our physical wellness and learning sustainable healthy habits. Together we find the inherent fun in physical activity, learn how to shop, prepare, and eat nutritious food on a budget, rethink the role tobacco plays in our lives, and advocate for ourselves with doctors.
Activities may include:
- Working with a wellness coach to set and work toward self- identified goals
- Cooking class series, culminating in our “Chopped” contest
- Walking club, soccer or softball at the park, or cornhole tournaments at HALI
