BECAUSE NO ONE GETS THROUGH LIFE ALONE
DROP-INS
Social Safe Haven.
The purpose of Drop-In is to allow individuals with a mental health condition with safe and sober haven. An increased number of homeless individuals diagnosed with a mental health condition have accessed this service while they have rejected traditional treatment. The focus of this program is to provide a safe place to develop positive, mutual support relationships. This program provides a less structured, social environment where participants can access other services HALI offers, such as Advocacy, Resource Room, Housing and PROS. Those relationships lead most individuals into an acceptable treatment that meets their needs. In addition to jam sessions, pool tournaments, karaoke, art and other activities, a nutritious meal is served every night for a very low cost.

During Drop In Center hours all activities are open to enjoy in addition to the scheduled events of that day. (Groups may change due to the needs of the community.) Meals are served at 3pm Thursday and Friday and at 6pm Saturday. There is a $2.00 charge for the meal on Thursday and Friday and a $3.00 charge on Saturday.
